Normal Check-in is from 3 pm up to 7 pm.

Normal Check-out is up to 11 am.

Variations on these times may be permitted subject to prior agreement and availabilty.

No Hot Food to be consumed in Guest Rooms.

Take-aways and Front Door Deliveries are strictly prohibited.

No Smoking throughout the House.

There is plenty of open air seatiing by the bowling green across the road.

If guests ignore the smoking ban they will be asked to leave.

No Children under 3 years of age.

Children aged 3+ are very welcome, but we do not have appropriate facilities for younger children or babies.

No Pets

Deposit and Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 28 days prior to arrival applies for direct bookings by phone or email. 

The full booking amount will be required at least 28 days before the start of your stay. This will be non-refundable after 28 days prior if we cannot subsequently re-let your room.

Maximum occupancy is as stated for each room

No extra beds or extra occupants above our standard levels are permitted.
