All our prices are quoted per room per night including breakfasts. Free WiFi and free nearby on-street parking are also standard.

Please note: We have a minimum 2 nights stay policy during most Summer months. Bank Holidays and some major Eastbourne Events may have a 3 night minimum stay.

We do accept payments using major credit and debit cards such as VISA and MASTERCARD.

Summer Rates shown below are for direct phone or email bookings only. Prices are per room, per night, for either 2 or 3 persons occupancy as shown.

We do not have Single Rooms, but Discounted rates (£*) for reduced occupancy, as shown for rooms 1 & 5 (single occupant only) and rooms 4 & 6 (two occupants only) may be obtainable at short notice, subject to availability, by emailing or phoning direct. 

PLEASE NOTE THESE PRICES ARE NOT GENERALLY AVAILABLE FOR TENNIS (June), AIRBOURNE (August), or BANK HOLIDAYS. Please phone or email for availability and rates for those events.
